The director of the Chemical Brother's video did a good job at lineing up the movements with the beat.

This is the first time I have ever heard of this song. I didn't like this video as much as I liked the one that took place on a road. Even though it made me dizzy it was easier to see the different elements of music and how they related to the video.

I was very surprised to learn that Around the World by Daft Punk had so much thought put in to the music video to go along with all of the sounds in the song.

I thought these videos were really cool. I found it very interestign that they could sink up alll the parts of a song to a group of indivduals dancing. I also thought that the view from the train window in the Chemical Brothers video was neat as well.

Wednesday's lecture was very interesting. I really liked both videos shown in class. I thought the second video was a lot easier to see what noise, each thing stood for.

I really liked the videos we watched during the lecture and I think its really awesome that music videos tie into Informatics. I love the Scissor Sisters song that was used also.

I really liked the Scissor Sisters song, and think it is cool that Pink Floyd approved of it.

I think that the this are very good visual representations of music. It is in a sense symbolizing the actual sheet music but just using different items or people as the notes of each instrument. I think it is pretty cool.

These videos are very well thought out and not bad to watch.

I really liked the Star Guitar video. It was an interesting idea to use something so mundane as a train trip for the video. You can almost imagine yourself in the video listening to music through your headset watching the scene pass by. An illusion of excitment. The music is all that can break you away from the boredom of a day on a train.

I wonder if the background scene would be considered "background noise" by the director.

The Daft Punk and Chemical Brothers videos were both very cool. I had seen the Daft Punk one but didn't realize how it synched up with the music.

For those who aren't in the know about the Scissor Sisters just about everything about the band symbolizes something else right down to the name. Don't know what a scissor sister is? Check wikipedia!

Much like everyone else, I thought the Chemical Brothers video was very interesting. It was the first time I have seen it and I thought it was very cool the way they turned individual beats into everyday buildings/items that were synched with the song.
